Bag House/Bag Filters
Pulse jet fabric filters are available in both online and offline design configurations, featuring patented pulsing technology that ensures efficient performance. They operate with low compressed air pressure and consumption, while maintaining a low range of operating differential pressure. The system supports a wide variety of bag lengths, ranging from 1 to 12 metres, and can be customised to suit specific site requirements. Additionally, it is designed in compliance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) guidelines, ensuring safety and reliability.
ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR (ESP)
Available in both dry and wet types, the system efficiently captures over 100 types of particulate matter while ensuring continuous operation with minimal maintenance. It features a fully automatic DSP-based controller with advanced power optimisation, along with double-spiked rigid discharge electrodes and specially designed self-stiffened collecting electrodes. For effective and reliable ash dislodging, it is equipped with a Thermax impulse gravity impact (TIGI) top rapping system and a tumbling hammer–based bottom rapping mechanism.
